RSS
RSS technology allows you to run a piece of software on your computer that regularly checks our web sites for updates. You may already have the software to do this. It's built in to many browsers including: Firefox 1.7, Internet Explorer 7.0, and Safari 2.0. Websites know as aggregators have lists of RSS feeds and will keep track of all your updates in one place. If you want to subscribe then look out for the RSS symbol 
on websites and software.
