Hey Everyone, Welcome to the concluding part of Sarah's Story as told by Mr. Mach. And it looks like Sarah's ready to start new adventures as well. I feel like that myself, after today I've got a week off and that's a good feeling. I'm hoping for some nice weather but we've had a dismal record this summer in Scotland, so it's not likely. That reminds me, I met someone from a tropical island who had come to Scotland to see our rain. He said, 'It's a wonderful thing!' The same thing can look very different from different angles. I'm a bit curious now about how this story looks from Sarah's ex's point of view. He'd probably still be bad news. You know, I really like Dark Red in black and white. And this was the first time I've got nine panels in a page. Probably won't be doing that for a time, it's a bit of a squeeze. Usually I get rid of a panel, but there was too much going on and I just couldn't. I loved all the pictures. Ages ago I let a good friend of mine read the scripts. He was supposed to be writing Dark Red with me but had exams. By the time he finished I had written three issues and wanted to keep going by myself. (He says that was his plan for it along.) Anyway he gave me that necklace in panel two for my birthday after we started going out. It was described in the comic. Never thought it would be used in the art though. My guy's still involved in the comic, he's taking over arranging the photoshoots in Issue #3. That's something I'm glad about, getting everyone together on the right day can be tricky. Have a great week! Lynn |
