(This introductory page has various scenes of the city in it. Point of Interest - the old first page is in the gallery for Issue #1. It had demons plotting but gave way to the text about the city eventually. It just fitted better.)

Panel 1

(The centre of the city, with people bustling around, a row of trees and various light, but old-fashioned, buildings behind them. We are looking down the street from a cross-junction on the pedestrian area.)

Text Box: Aeons ago, in one small area of the world, evil was tricked into laying down its sword. From this ancient chicanery a city of surprising diversity flourished. Most inhabitants are unaware of these curious beginnings and only now and then think there may be something different about their city.

Text Box: This sprawling metropolis is greener than any ancient city can claim to be.

Panel 3

Text Box: Heartache and despair still visit, as do the full range of human drama and disaster but they are unfettered by diabolical intervention.

Text Box: All good things come to an end they say. And this is no exception.
